On the 20th of June, the trip to Thailand began. We woke up in the apartment of Annors, Kasper, and Johanna, together with Tobias and Mattias. We had some breakfast and went down to the train station for the short trip to Kastrup. On the train, we met up with Kristoffer, Sara, Stefan, and Victor.
After meeting up with John and Anna at Kastrup, check-in, security check, some last-minute travel shopping, food, and boarding we were off to Bangkok. Nice plane, smooth ride, and bam, suddenly in a foreign country, where I’ve never been before. We stayed at the airport to wait for Daniel and cause it has AC, we wouldn’t get into the hotel until 14 (we landed at 6).
We got into a couple of taxis and took the roughly one-hour drive to the hotel, dropped bags, and went to MBK mall. Huuuuuge mall with lots of shops, both small and large. Check-in, a couple of hours siesta, and then out for some dinner. Some more shopping and then good night. Tomorrow off to Koh-Phangan!
